These terms cover this website. They are not the contract for a project — that is a separate written agreement, and nothing here overrides it.

Who this is

T-Shell is a software studio operating from Da Nang, Vietnam, serving clients in the UK, the EU and Southeast Asia. Contact: hello@t-shell.uk.

The site

Everything here is provided as information. We keep it accurate and update it when it stops being so, but nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver anything. Prices, timescales and scope exist only in a signed agreement.

Enquiries

Sending the form starts a conversation, nothing more. Do not send confidential material through it: use it to say what you need, and we will agree a channel and an NDA before anything sensitive changes hands. We do not treat an enquiry as confidential until we have said in writing that we do.

Our work shown here

The systems described under Work were built by us. Where a client is not named, that is deliberate. Names, screenshots and figures appear only with permission, and we do not publish a client's numbers because they would make good marketing.

Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site are ours. Product and company names mentioned belong to their owners and appear descriptively — a mention is not a claim of endorsement in either direction.

For delivered projects the arrangement is the opposite and is stated in the agreement: the code we write for you is yours, in your repository, and we do not retain a licence you have to think about.

We link to other sites where it is useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.

Liability

Use of this site is at your own risk. We are not liable for loss arising from relying on information published here — for anything that matters, ask us and get it in writing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. A project agreement may specify something else, and where it does, it wins.
